End User Licence Agreement

1. Scope

This Agreement governs use of the Boselli OS QuickBooks Integration ("the Application"), private software operated by The Boselli Foundation ("the Foundation") for its own internal accounting and financial reporting.

The Application is not offered, sold, licensed, or distributed to the public. It is a single-organisation internal tool connecting to one QuickBooks Online company — the Foundation's own. "Users" means Foundation officers, employees, and authorised agents.

2. Licence

The Foundation grants authorised Users a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application solely for the Foundation's internal financial reporting. No other use is permitted, and no rights are granted to any other party.

3. What the Application does

The Application reads accounting data from the Foundation's QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's official API, and writes local summary snapshots used for internal reporting.

The Application is read-only with respect to QuickBooks. It requests only the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope. It does not request payroll or payments scopes, and contains no capability to create, alter, or delete records, or to move funds.

4. Users' obligations

Users shall:

Use the Application only for the Foundation's legitimate business purposes
Keep authorisation credentials confidential and not share them
Not attempt to extend the Application's access beyond the granted scope
Not use the Application to access any QuickBooks company other than the Foundation's

5. Intuit

Access to QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's own terms and to authorisation granted by an Intuit account holder. Intuit is not a party to this Agreement, does not endorse the Application, and bears no responsibility for it. Authorisation may be revoked at any time from the Intuit account, which immediately terminates the Application's access.

6. Privacy

Handling of data accessed through the Application is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

The Application produces summaries of accounting data for internal convenience. Its output is not a substitute for the Foundation's official books, for professional accounting judgement, or for audited financial statements. The Foundation's records in QuickBooks, as maintained and reviewed by its accountants, remain authoritative.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Application.

9. Termination

The Foundation may suspend or terminate access at any time and for any reason. Access ends automatically when Intuit authorisation is revoked.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
